Program Calendar

Year 1 program consists of 5 week-long intensives. Each week consists of 40 hours for a total of 200 hours with 30 hours credit given for reports and documented homework sessions. The 5 week intensives will be presented over a 6 month period. With self-study assigned between class sessions, you are able to maintain your current professional and personal responsibilities.

Year 2 program consists of 7 week-long intensives. Each week consists of 40 hours for a total of 280 hours with 30 hours credit for Professional Internship and 20 hours for Case Study report. The 7 week intensives will be presented over a 8 month period.

There are three class starts per year; January, April, and October. Schedules for new programs are available upon request.

Classes are held five days consecutively approximately every six weeks, Wednesday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Tuition and Costs

Tuition

The tuition for the EarthWalk School of Energy Healing program is as follows:

Year 1 is $5300. A deposit of $300 is required within two weeks of acceptance to secure your place in the program. If you select our payment option, a carrying fee of $350 will be added to the tuition. The first month’s payment must be received 15 days prior to the first day of class. Call the school for in-house payment plan information.

Year 2 is $7200. A deposit of $300 is required within two weeks of acceptance to secure your place in the program. If you select our payment option, a carrying fee of $350 will be added to the tuition. The first month’s payment must be received 15 days prior to the first day of class. Call the school for in-house payment plan information.

Financial Assistance

Student loans available, contact school for application information.

We accept Visa and Master Card. Alternative payment plans are available for those who qualify. There may be some financial assistance available through the Workforce Investment Act, if you meet certain low-income or worker retraining program criterion. Call your local Worksource Center for more information.

Refund Policy

A full refund of all tuition money (less application and deposit fees) will be given if the applicant withdraws no later than the fifth business day (excluding holidays) after signing the contract or making an initial payment, provided that the applicant has not commenced training. All books and manuals are non-refundable.

If termination occurs during the first week, up to completion of the first 10% of the Program, the school will retain 10% of tuition. If termination occurs between 10% and 25% of the Program, the school will retain 25% of tuition. If termination occurs between 25% and 50% of the Program, the school will retain 50% of tuition. If termination occurs after 50% of the Program, the student remains responsible for the full tuition as per terms of the contract. Refunds will be paid within thirty calendar days of the student’s official date of termination.

Admissions

Prerequisites

Year 1 all students must have a high school diploma or GED to enter the program and must be at least 18 years of age. A preadmission interview will be conducted with each applicant. Acceptance to the program requires that the applicant be in good health and demonstrate the ability to comprehend the material and successfully apply training in a professional arena.

Year 2 Admission to Year 2 requires applicants to complete and pass all Year 1 requirements.

The School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, religion, national origin, sexual orientation or marital status.

Application Process

The following items must be completed and submitted to EarthWalk School prior to scheduling an oral interview:

  • Contact school administration to receive an application. Completed application and a passport type photo is to be returned to the school along with a non-refundable fee of $100.00.
  • Provide a transcript from a previously attended high school or college or a copy of GED certificate.
  • Two letters of recommendation; professional and personal
  • Statement of why you are interested in entering a School for the Healing Arts.

The written application, letters of recommendation and personal interview will be used to determine if our program will fulfill your educational needs and career goals.

The applicant signs a contract enrollment agreement, once the entire application process is completed. Application information is confidential.

Out of State Students

Will be responsible for their own housing. EarthWalk School makes available a list of hotels or motel cabins nearby.

The opportunities for success in the healing arts professions are better now then ever. Career opportunities are increasing as more people discover the value of therapeutic energy healing for rehabilitation, emotional well-being and health enhancement. According to the Journal of the American Medical Association, people are choosing alternative therapies over conventional medicine. It is one of the most rewarding jobs you can have, and it allows you more freedom then almost any other entry-level position, successful completion of EarthWalk’s energy healing program will open the door to many wonderful career opportunities, as well as a lifestyle of service and right- livelihood.

Our career program is designed for people who want to take this work into the world and earn their living with it. Our goal is to train people to become health professionals who are prepared to establish their own practices or to obtain jobs in the expanding market for bodywork and complementary health care. Our graduates can work in association with chiropractors, medical doctors and psychologists. They may also work in clinics, wellness centers, hospitals, care facilities, treatment centers, health spas resort hotels, salons and cruise ships. They also often create private professional practices or operate their own health centers.

Animal Energy Healing Program: Four Paws Energy Healing
Natural Healing for Dogs and Cats; Tuition: $1750.00
  October 29, 2005 - April 2, 2006
EarthWalk School of Energy Healing presents a 108 hour Animal Energy Healing Certification program that is divided into 6 weekends. This program provides instruction in understanding energy and its effects of health and healing on animals, the Chakra System and Auric Field of dogs and cats, hands-on healing techniques, Homeopathy, Nutrition, and First Aid. Flower Essences and Gem Stone Therapy that help support healing are introduced. The program provides instruction in Anatomy, Physiology, and Animal Communication, safety awareness, treatment ethics, and appropriate body mechanics.
